1. Scope of Service
“magiskill connect” webpage is an exclusive space for members, designed to deliver Sibelio’s coaching services. On this page, you can directly connect with Sibelio for personalized guidance, access live chats with the community of learners and keep updated on the group coaching sessions.

2. Session Types

Group Sessions: Group coaching sessions are an experimental feature because is difficult to match the availability of people from all over the world. The sessions can be discussed in magiskill connect chat.
Personal (1:1) Sessions: 1:1 coaching is offered on request and is this website primary service. There’s no limit to the number of sessions or requests you can make to Sibelio; he’ll do everything possible to accommodate clients.
Coaching can be delivered through live video calls or by responding to specific questions you submit. To request a personal session or ask a coaching question, please send a message via the contact module at https://magiskill.com/connect. All requests will be reviewed, and if availability permits, a response or session time will be arranged.

3. Availability
This coaching service is one part of a broader professional practice by magician Sibelio. While he’s fully committed to delivering high-quality coaching during scheduled sessions, he also balances other work responsibilities. This means he’s not available on a full-time basis and may not respond immediately outside of sessions.

4. Scheduling and Communication
Sessions must be booked in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your preferred times within my available hours. Communication outside of sessions (e.g., via email or messaging) will typically receive a response within 48 hours on business days.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

6. Respect for Time and Boundaries
Coaching sessions will begin and end on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. I protect time for other commitments and self-care to maintain the quality of service, and I appreciate your understanding of these boundaries.

7. Community and Conduct
Participants may connect and communicate with each other using the chat feature available on the https://magiskill.com/connect page. This is a space for shared learning, encouragement, and community building.
All communication must be in English and kept positive, respectful, and collaborative. Any form of harassment, negativity, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Participants who fail to respect these guidelines may be removed from the chat or permanently excluded from the service at the discretion of the coach.

8. Feedback and Collaboration
Your input matters. Coaching is a collaborative process, and open communication is encouraged to ensure the best possible experience.
